ABOUT THE PROJECT
As part of the Caliber Diversified Opportunity Fund II, LP, Caliber acquired 266 acres of Johnstown, a Northern Colorado town, for mixed-use development. Named “The Ridge,” this development will be used for commercial and industrial space, retail stores, and single-family housing. Caliber plans to work with the Colorado Department of Transportation as well as community officials to ensure that the project is completed in a systematical and efficient way.
Strategically located between Denver and Fort Collins, Johnstown is a farming community growing at a rapid pace. The scenic valley that the town exists in gives it a quiet and peaceful vibe. Even with many new developments and housing projects in progress, Johnstown still maintains its charming, small town feel.
Caliber has recently acquired additional land for the new Ridge II development.

266 Acres of Mixed-Use Land
Johnstown is located in a prime area for highway traffic. The I-25, which runs directly beside The Ridge, brings nearly 168,000 vehicles through a day according to the Average Annual Daily Traffic. The Ridge’s 266 acres of land provides plenty of space for those traveling through the area.
